Here is our currently proposed grievance procedure update, which we've
been updating over the last month:

https://docs.google.com/document/d/1C4l3H1p6V6IP71IZzeHTA0N_d1VrjJJKiWWKWETyTd8

Although I'm going to present this at the monthly meeting tonight, I'm
going to recommend we leave it until the next monthly meeting to
approve it, so that the trustees can prepare to implement the new
system, and we can make any final changes. (This is partly because
I've only managed to find time this week to send it to the list now.)

This is not meant to be a final, set-in-stone version, but it's meant
to be a step forward.

I'd welcome any comments.

Uh, what the procedure for editing the document? People have gone to
town on it - I want to suggest some changes but I don't want to get into
an edit war.

I suggest highlighting and commenting, rather then the suggestion feature (which looks like editing)

Some comments have scrolled off the top of the page. Is it possible to get the earlier ones back ?

if you move the cursor through the body of text the comments and suggestions relevant for where the cursor is positioned should be displayed.

Possibly only in Chrome. I'm using Pale Moon, which google confuses with an old firefox (unsurprisingly, perhaps).
