Hi,

I was just about to try a bit of 3d printing which I have done the training for but not tried in a while. I was just about to fetch the key and load up my design, when I realized I could not identify the type of filament both in the 3d printer itself and what was on the racks above the printer ie, ABS or PLA. Very few spools were labeled.

Is there any way to know? Is one row for PLA, or what?

Regards

Liam

Yes. The bottom row is PLA and the top row is ABS. I'll put some labels up to make it easier

PLA will tend to snap when bent double and ABS will tend to discolour a whitish colour - more obvious in dark colours
