Hi guys,

my partner who is a hackspace member has just moved out, and a room is now available.

You can both live here and partake in our large stash of tools.

Things happening here already - brewing, coffee, coding, electronics, occasional metalwork (not in the living room).

£750 per month, with council tax included.

This room would be perfect for a couple, or someone who would like a lot of space. There is lots of storage already present, with two fitted wardrobes and cupboards, and large windows looking out onto the road. So you can judge for yourself how big the room is (as people’s idea of large varies massively): it’s 4.5 by 4.3m.

The flat is warm and spacious, with a roomy lounge with wooden floors and a well-equipped kitchen with lots of working surfaces. There is a large garden for the summer, shared with the other 5 flats in the block. One bathroom, with shower and a bath. Also a pretty decent internet connection.

The place is only seven minutes walk from Seven Sisters tube and train station, and has a bus stop right outside - it’s very well connected for public transport. Central London is only a few stops away on the Victoria Line - you can be in Euston within half an hour. It's about 40 minutes to the hackspace via the overground - Seven Sisters to Bethnal Green.

You’ll just be sharing with one other person (myself). I am a considerate, tidy, multilingual programmer with an interest in making things.

The room is available right away - however I will be on holiday for ten days from the 18th December until the 28th of December, but if you would like to move in during this time we can work something out.
