Are we able to do something like this at LHS?

No.

A high power pulsed laser is focussed onto a very small spot (a few tens
of microns) inside the material. The material is fairly transparent at
the laser wavelength but the combination of high peak power (hundreds of
kW) and tiny spot size means that it can still be engraved. Move along
to the next pixel and repeat!

The process is known as subsurface engraving.
