[Trustee] In regards to the Cat

Please stop feeding it on LHS premises 

(this includes the yard). 

This is not appropriate EVEN IF the owner has given you permission, they can feed it in their own home.

Do not encourage or coax it inside. If you see the cat inside the hackspace, please put it outside and shut the door behind you. 

On the topic of doors, the back door is not to be left propped open for any reason, take your oyster card with you and make sure the door is closed behind you if you go out for a smoke or to do some work in the yard.

We have members who don't like/are deathly allergic to cats, whomever is letting it in and feeding it is making the space unusable for them, LHS is not a safe place for an unsupervised animal to be anyway.

I understand that cats are sneaky and can get in, but anyone found actively encouraging it will subject to warnings through the grievance procedure.
