There are a few things that need looking at:
 - The light is very dim and flickers
 - No paper towels in the paper towel dispenser

I'll do the paper towels myself if someone can tell me where the new packs are kept.

light - change the lamp if there isn't one somewhere in the space pick one up from the shops
paper towel - am also sure they are available in the local shops

Assuming its the toilet near the metal shop, it sounds like the light hasn't been switched on. It flickers when its switched off from capacitance with neighbouring ciruits.

If it is actually broken its an IKEA LAKENE - I don't know if we have any spares

a couple of work days ago it was looked at and was sorted - not sure if the lamp was changed or the fitting but it was fine and has been for some time

I'm there now, it flickers when it's off and it's fine when on..

Can confirm, the light works fine if you turn it on….. Needs a synthetic load to stop the capacitive discharging, but that’s a somewhat unnecessary luxury!
