Flashforge Adventurer 3 : Printer plate issue

Can anyone hlep me with an issue with an issue with Flashforge Adventurer  3 which wa working fine until we moved it. Now when I turn it on it makes a grinding noise when it is setting up.

Any suggestions/help would be gratefully received or if I need it to take it somewhere where would be best and how much is it likely to cost.
