New Arc Welder.

One of Wren's friends freecycled me an arc welder.
It's a Merlin 185. Basic spec can be found here,

It also lists the current welder we have, the SIP 140, which is a
couple of models down.
As our current arc welder is on loan from Luke, I'm happy to donate
this one to the space.
I'll start cleaning it, but someone else will need to check the
wiring.
