We now have six candidates for the Trustees election, which is excellent!

I have added a resolution to the AGM agenda to amend the constitution
to increase the size of the Board from 8 to 9 people. This will
provide a number of practical benefits:

- Firstly we won't have this problem where a non-integer number of
board members have to stand for re-election every year (this year,
solexious and I will be tossing a coin to work out who's standing
down).
- Secondly, it will remove the possibility of a tie in a trustees
vote, although this hasn't ever occurred (we tend to operate by
consensus).

As this is an amendment to the constitution, it is a "special
resolution" and will require a 75% majority to pass. You can see the
agenda here:

If you have any questions about the agenda, please ask now. As some of
you may be aware, I hate long AGMs and I am aiming to try and beat
last year's record of six minutes for the formal portion of the
meeting.
