Anyone got an MT3-MT2 sleeve adaptor?

I want to get a cheap MT2 taper and turn one end parallel so I can
centre my rotary table with my mill-chuck easily (the table has an MT2
taper in the center).
My lathe has an MT3 spindle taper though, so I need an adaptor to mount
it up for machining. I'd rather not buy one just for a single job.
