refugee charity crowdsourcing entity recognition in images?

 There was a refugee charity at a hacker camp a few years back that was crowdsourcing entity detection in (satellite?) images: people were asked to label photos containing human settlements.

I'm trying to recall where I saw this, and what the charity was called.  Best guesses: Bornhack, SHA, CCC, EMF

Does it ring any bells?
