company-jedi config (python autocompletion with company)

Hi All,
Wonder if anyone else on this list has a working company-jedi
https://github.com/proofit404/company-jedi configuration when using
company for autocompletion combined with Prelude. If so, I'd
appreciate that snippet of your personal/init.el file.

I think I currently have an ordering issue in my config where the
company-backends var isn't in scope when I try append a value to it as
is provided in the install instructions. It's likely something totally
obvious, but if someone else had gotten around it, would appreciate a
bit of a nudge.
