Hello all,
While running Emacs trunk, I've had several things that worked fine in
the past break unexpectedly. I'm now dealing with a broken Clojure
setup, which is hurting a bit. Was wondering if anyone on this list
who is running Emacs trunk has a working Clojure dev environment.
Particularly:
1. What version of SLIME are you running? Is it checked out of Git/CVS
or are you running the version available in the package manager?
2. Which version of the clojure-mode are you running?
3. What version of swank-clojure are you declaring as dependencies in
your projects.
4. Are you setting up slime-fancy when initializing SLIME
5. Do you have issues with autodoc messing up stuff and do you have to
work around it?

I've tried to get it working with various versions of swank-clojure to
no avail so I'm hoping someone on this list has had success and I can
replicate it.
Thanks
Ali

I've been using emacs-starter-kit and elpa for all of my stuff lately
(including clojure) and this has been working consistently for me. I
dumped about 4kloc of .emacs code to do it too.

I still have about 40 lines of my own config. In my project.clj I'm
using swank-clojure 1.3.0 atm.

cheers,
Bruce

Thanks for the prompt response Bruce. Are you still tracking Emacs trunk?
Thanks,
Ali

More or less. It has been a while since I've done an update and
rebuild (8 Feb in fact). But I'm building emacs from Nic Ferrier's hg
repo.

cheers,
Bruce
