As you may have noticed there are several signs all over the canyon
about missing cats & small dogs. If you have small childern as well as
small pets keep them close. A neighbor who lives up Lake Blvd observed
a coyote with a cat in its mouth she yelled at it and charged it, the
coyote dropped the cat it was bleeding from the neck. We have the cat
at our home, its resting.
The wound seems to be not serious. We have neighbors who had a coyote
try to catch their cats. This animal or animals seem to be using the
area from Lake Blvd from Coleman to above Zappa Ct. The wounded cat is
a hymalyan white and grey.
