Msvcp140.dll Error

Many people are receiving the following error after tonight's maintenance.
When launching the game: The program can't start because MSVCP140.dll is missing from your computer.
All google resolutions, re-installing the game / full file scan / re-install launcher / reinstall visual c++ did not fix the issue. any suggestions?
Microsoft Visual C+ somehow got corrupted, on My main Computer Intel i7-6700... could only log my support/shop computer(mid level AMD APU). When I gave up, and re-installed on my Main Computer... I tried to update Lineage on my Media computer, an Intel Core 2 Quad Q9400... I haven't played any characters for some time, but I got the same error after updating.
installing directx end user runtime. before this error showing is MSVCP140.dll was not found. but this file already in my system32 and when i manual download from google and put this dll in same folder of sciTE.exe unable to start error is coming.
LBT 1.4 installs just fine, and everything runs except if I try and execute an OS write, in that case I get another version of that DLL error:

I just downloaded the mongo shell zip for windows, added /bin to $PATH variable and trying to invoke mongo shell in command line but below is the error prompt which I am getting. Any help on this please
I guess it just comes back to the fact the game is a bit glitchy and they are still yet to get rid of bugs. The crashes that occur when the VFR map is opened do not produce the VCRUNTIME error I had here so I think that proves enough for now.
