Meeting Info

Hello Research & Planning folks:

To get us started, I thought we should decide on a good meeting date for people. Since most people work days, evenings are probably best. What week nights work best to meet on a bi-weekly basis? We'll be focusing on creating a business plan for the co-op, using examples from other co-ops. Eventually, we'll also focus on site research and feasibility.

The best night for me would be Monday or Thursday evenings after 6:00!

I can do the 1st, 2nd or 3rd Mondays of the month or Wednesdays at 7.

Looks like Thursday work for everyone, for the most part. Since our October calendar is filling up w/ other co-op committee meetings and other commitments, how about Thursday, Nov 1? We can meet at either the Lombard Public library or the downtown Lombard Coffee house (they will reserve a table for us and have free wi-fi). Will that work? Thanks!

That will work well for me. I meet at the coffee house on Thursday nights from 6:30 to 7:30 with another group so if we want to meet there about 7:45 would that work for everyone??

Great - glad we found a time that works! I've added the meeting to the Lombard Co-op google calendar - you should see a meeting invite come thru w/ the address of the coffee house. I scheduled it from 7:30 - 9pm. Marie - by the time we all settle in, it will probably be 7:45 =)

So excited to work with you all on this!
