Hey people, I joined this group to come to meetings, but haven't heard
of one yet, now I created an issue. I have an ibook that wasn't doing
what I wanted, so I decided to put Linux on. Tried Ubuntu and it just
locked. Tried Fedora and after install, it loaded to a text screen.
Think there's not enough video ram. Next I d/l'd Slackintosh, and here
is where I created my problem. In mac-fdisk I did 'i' and saved it,
now it says my hd is too small for anything. is there a way to get
back the 30gb?
Oh yeah, I did d/l the ppc version of all installs.

I have Debian on my G3 (had issues with Ubuntu) and it's been running a
treat. I think I might try Slackintosh though, and would probably use
the following guide as a reference:

http://www.ant2ne.com/?p=173

There's a section on using mac-fdisk that looks helpful.
