A friend of mine attended this school below and said it changed her
life (a James Bond fan, no doubt). It's designed to help women gain
"Bond-like skills & confidence." While not everyone may agree, I LOVE
the basic idea and wanted to share.

OMG Britt - this is soo funny and soo cool! This is basically what the girls here were talking about with our LOLA Bootcamp idea. Get the ladies feeling confident and competent to handle themselves in a crisis.
