Lable filters empty : v3.4.2 production docker compose

Hi,

I am learning about Loki via the following video

I clone the repo and tried the following with both the head and the v3.4.2 tag

When I click on the "Label filters" in Grafana explorer, I do not see any drop down as per the video

When I click on "Select label" there is nothing to choose from.

What I have discover now too is that using docker

Docker version 24.0.2, build cb74dfc

and at the same tag of the loki repo, the Label filters has value

Whereas if I use use

Docker version 28.0.2, build 0442a73

The Select label drop down is empty
