I can't get promtail to work on Windows Server 2012 R8

I use promtail with loki and grafana on diverse linux server and it is my first time trying to enable it on a Windows server but I'll need to do it on diverse servers as well.
Any help could be usefull.
I'm not working with any docker or kubernetes on server I just want my log to come in my grafana.

Here is my configuration and my message when it run on a cmd.

I'll also need it to work in background and not ust in the cmd, help on that would be great.
