I tried accessing the examples on the Loki site from Safari on an
iPODTouch... the authorization dialog does not appear and thus the
geolocation fails; too bad !
Work around?!?

Loki is currently only compatible with PC and OS X browsers like IE,
Firefox, Safari and Opera. Most mobile browsers, including Safari
Mobile (iPod Touch), don't allow for plugins to run and thus we cannot
work in those browsers. Hopefully that changes moving forward :)
Alternatively, our technology (Skyhook) powers the Core Location API
on the iPhone and iPod touch, so you could write a native app to get
access to the location engine that way.
