Loki Upgrade Issue

My application has been faced with a serious issue over the past week. We have made no changes to our Loki code recently.
* User pulls up page.
* User is prompted to update Loki. If they click Cancel, Loki doesn't run.
* If user clicks OK, they get a certificate error from Java.
* If user accepts certificate, they are they prompted to download a zip file, LokiPlugin.zip
* If user goes through and installs plugin, Loki still doesnt work, gets the same prompt for upgrading.
This is happening on FF3. On Safari, nothing happens, it keeps on saying "Finding your location..."
What is going on here?
