In the meeting dated 19.01.2016 we had discussion about several issues where you were required to take many action including the appointment of Office bearer; withdrawal of taxes levied to the members and proceed for recovery from the developers etc. But except sending one letter no action is taken till now or else we are not updated about the action taken by you.

i FURTHER STATE THAT IT WAS NEVER AGREED THAT I WILL BE WITHDRAWING THE CASE FILED IN COURT UNLESS CONSENT TERMS ARE FINALISED AND PARTIES AGREE TO FILE IN COURT. IN THE CIRCUMSTANCES IF YOU ARE READY TO WORK ON THE SAME LET US EXCHANGE THE CONSENT TERMS FIRST AND THEN FINALISE THE SAME, WHICH CAN BE FILED IN THE HON'BLE COURT AND CASE CAN BE DISPOSED OFF AS SETTLED BETWEEN THE PARTIES.
