You will be pleased to know that we have published the NEW MODEL BYE-LAWS 2014 as approved by the commissioner and uploaded on the Govt website.
Any members of MSWA can avail the same at the discounted price of Rs.60/- per copy as against the printed price of Rs.70/-
You may order any number of copies. The Association also printed the following which are required for adoption
(1) Special General Body meeting notice
(2) Minutes of Special General Body meeting along with resolution to be passed
(3) Notice of Managing Committee meeting to call the SGM to adopt the New Model Bye-laws.
(4) Minutes of the Managing Committee in which resolution is passed to adopt the new model Bye-laws.
(5) Five enclosures required to be submitted with copy of old bye-law and new bye-law
(6) A circular regarding the procedure to followed for adoption of the new model bye-laws and get the same approved from the registrar.
You will be happy to know that we have planned a "CAMP " for adoption of Model Bye -laws on 14th and 15th Feb-2015 at Bandra HINDU Association, opp: Amerson shopping complex, off Linking Road, Dr. Hegdewar Marg, Bandra (W).
On both the days, we have also kept the following:
(1) Continuous seminar and dissemination of Information to the common citizen (i.e EWS, LIG and MIG) for every slot of one hour in the class room having a capacity to accommodate 50 participants about the " Gruhkranti" an initiative of " Affordable Housing Welfare Organsiation of India" formed to empower the ordinary person to own the house based on his capacity, income and repayment capacity.
(2) Exibition of the developers who provide houses at affordable rate and also the projects which are approved by HFC and Affordable Housing welfare Organisationof India to be booked under the " Gruhkranti " Abhiyan.
(3) Swach Bharat Abhiyan to make it applicable at the grass root level like within the society compound and within the Locality of 100 buildings to be named as "__________ locality of MSWA" Say Dadabai Road Local of MSWA and form the local committees to represent the issues faced by local persons before various authorities like BMC, police, Traffic, PWD, MMRDA, MHADA Government and so on to get the local issues resolved through MSWA local center with single aim of contributing in the swatch bharat abhiyan which ultimately benefits the persons staying in the locality. To fund this activity, we are planning to collect the dry waste from the residents who are willing to join the movement by sending our duly authorised agents who will use the same for recycling and pay for the clean up marshels to be engaged by the local center of MSWA and also to pay of the salay of the Field Manager who will supervise the work of such clean up marshal and also esclate the complaint to the appropriate authoriies regarding illgal construciton in the locality, enroachment, road reparing, draining problem, water problem etc to the appropriate authority. Such manager will act as a brigde, link between the society,local center of MSWA and the authorities who need to address the same.
(4) Conference of two days to discuss various issues related to Affordable Housing, Redevelopment,Law and order, Swatchbharat, Conveyance, Latest changes in the model bye-laws. We have invited relevant minister including the CM and respective department secretaries, officers to make it a meaningful. Of course there will be panel discussion, lectures by the experts in the field.
(5) Latest revised publication of MSWA and also a infomation booklet on Affordable Housing known as " Gruhkranti " shall be lanched.
