LETTER TO LOK CHAIRMAN

Dear  Chairman /Secretary  , 

We are all aware of some of the pathetic conditions  around  our society which includes potholed driveways around the buildings , incomplete  CCTV  installation ,  rash driving  where senior citizens are sitting etc.  

Yesterday we once again  discussed this with Rathod . He has made a small beginning by filling a few potholes but  much needs to  be done. Based on my discussion with him , I have  drafted a letter which   needs to be  send to Lok Chairman on our Society's letter head. 

Please do the needful to  print and sign the attached  letter which can then  be hand delivered to their office and  acknowledgement  taken .
