I draw your attention to following post (read the full blog) just as another reminder that for us getting OC is top most priority but time n again we discuss trivial issues and fight within ourselves in important meeting.

A division bench of Justice S C Dharmadhikari and Justice Gautam Patel sought action against 49 flat owners as well as a nursing home in two wings of a building with six wings in Sion East.

You may have known the story of sharing the cake by cat and the monkeys.. our case is akin to that . You may disagree but recent letter (though received well back in 2015 middle) from Lok Group MD displayed on notice board speaks volume. He is the shrewd guy trying to influence few interested members (be it MC or general) of society and trying to push the agenda of his for making more money by throwing peanuts at members. What a proposition --have you applied your mind !!! I am not sure what other deals are under way! And what we have done is to keep us exposed at all times courtesy our blissful ignorance.


At this rate we would certainly head for peril at our cost. Think and Act . Please don't get swayed by VOICE in meeting that tries diversion of attention from key issues. Builder should have gone to jail by this time if severely deprived member from A5 have taken with consumer court or society had gone to civil court.


We are fighting over property tax that any way you have to pay if you have read well your sale agreement with builder. And ask yourself a question -- "Am I not disciplined enough to pay the property tax once in a year by accumulating at my end over months ". The sincere answer will be YES I think in 90% cases but we are doing mockery of meetings.


When shall we ask for our right from the builder!? Can someone answer please....
