There is two explanations. One, is to extend my explanation so that
"barja" serve primarily drinks, not necessarily alcohol. And/or two,
that ckafybarja is malglico as Americans tend to extend the use of
"bar" to all kinds of things that are not pubs/taverns (which is the
English definition of barja), such as "oyster bar", "raw bar", "sushi
bar", and "oxygen bar".

Consider "ckafybarja" - a remarkable early example of Lojbanic culture.
