These should probably be unified to either "sxmavo" (retaining the
pronunciation) or "cmavo" (retaining the spelling). I don't know which would
be more appropriate.

I also added a python script called 'combine.py', which combines the
English, Esperanto, Spanish, and French versions of the gi'uste into
one (very large) html file, so that they can be compared side-by-side
and hopefully kept consistent with each other.

It's hidden in an obscure zip file on the website, but I've attached it to
this message anyway.

There's a lot of miscellaneous stuff on the website. Since Cowan's and my
organization system leads to things being lost in obscurity, someone with
time may want to go through and come up with things like this that Robin
