Question: within jbovlaste pdf book the English to a Lojban dictionary express the meaning by formula such as

accesssible:  x3 of vorme

act in drama: x5 of draci

How I can express for example such as this words within the speech, accesssible, or  act in drama, by the lojban? is that as "se, te, ve, xe" before lojban valsi , i.e  te vorme for accesssible or xe draci for -act in drama- ?!...
