I would go with “salkajytci” and let that be defined as a mechanical slide computing tool.
Why do you need to specify that it uses logarithmic scales? Are there non-logarithmic slide rules? Or rather, is it so necessary to make that distinction that a general word refering to all slide rule computers isn't acceptable? I'm highly skeptical.
