Hi Newport Mill and Einstein communities! Tomorrow is the first public meeting about the Woodward Boundary Study. The new Woodward HS is scheduled to open in 2027. School boundaries and assignments for middle and high schools in the DCC will change for some families as part of this process.

Please attend tomorrow’s virtual session to learn more!

Dear MCPS Community,

We invite you to come and participate in multiple upcoming Public Information Meetings on boundary studies for the reopening of Charles W. Woodward High School, the opening of Crown High School, and the expansion of Damascus High School. These sessions will provide important details on the boundary study scope, process, and opportunities for future engagement.

Boundary Study Scope for Reopening of Charles W. Woodward High School

Virtual Session: Wednesday, April 2, 2025 | 6:00 – 8:00 PM (Meeting Link– https://us02web.zoom.us/j/85793152499 )

In-Person Session: Tuesday, April 8, 2025 | 6:00 – 8:00 PM at Walter Johnson High School Auditorium
