Hi Ernesto,
I noticed that each mapping in TXT format ends with "CLS". What's the meaning of it?
Here I take the first line from your online sample, i.e., logmaplt_small_fma2nci.txt
http://bioontology.org/projects/ontologies/fma/fmaOwlDlComponent_2_0#Primitive_erythroblast|http://ncicb.nci.nih.gov/xml/owl/EVS/Thesaurus.owl#Basophilic_Erythroblast|=|1.0|CLS
So far it's clear that the first two fields are the matching concepts, followed by the relation and confidence value. What about "CLS"?
Thanks in advance!
Xichuan

Hi Xichuan
The last parameter defines the type of the mapping: (CLS=class, OPROP=Object property, DPROP=Data property, INST=Instance).
Best
Ernesto.
