Hello Friends,
Again welcome to the group. Just to introduced myself, I am Naresh
Sharma, an IT professional in Noida, booked a flat in Logix Blossom
Greens, recently. I haven't purchased it for the purpose of
investment, but for my residence. I have booked it from BOP and so
far, the experiece is ok. I have yet to sign my agreement, and right
now, I am looking into various options for home loans. With the
interest rate creeping so high, a bit worried about all these hassles.

Looking forward to more and more members joining the group, so that we
can take each other opinions towards the project and other related
stuffs.

If you guys are also on the same boat as me(looking for the home loan
options), then we all can go together to have a better deal. If you
are already through to this process, then please guide me and other
members about the better options.

Have you got the possession yet? What are you doing for penalty caused due to delay in possession. I have been told they will calculate the penalty since they have been requested and not since they are late as per contract. Let me know. I am also from IT.

I have not received the possession..I am not sure the penalty clause....It will be settled as per the agreement only.

We have start the possession process of phase 1^st and handed over 5 towers i.e. L,M,Q,P&S now we start tower N within a 1-2 months after that will start tower R & then tower T so this process will take at least 4-5 months.
