Does anybody know the answer to Theldo's question about getting OmegaT
to store using UTF-8 when the platform default is ANSI?

(Incidentally, the .properties files are *supposed* to be stored using
the Latin1 encoding (which is not quite ANSI, but it's probably not an
issue for you and Logisim). So don't worry about that. But the HTML
files are supposed to be in the UTF-8 encoding. I think people address
this by using multiple Logisim projects - one for the .properties
files and another for generating documentation (and maybe a third for
the home page files).)

Thanks. It'll be a great contribution for teaching digital circuit classes
in Portuguese, I believe.

There are some minor problems with the menu items,
and I already exported some edited files, like menu.properties for instance.

P.S.:
I still working to OmegaT converting, but I need a hint on how to keep UTF-8
encoding while using it. It changes encoding to Ansi during edition, and I have
to use another editor to convert text to UTF-8 again. It's a little overload.
