Logisim 2.6.2 released

I just uploaded 2.6.2. There were several additional issues I wish
could be addressed in this version, but ultimately due to the holidays
I know I won't get time to address them for a couple of weeks, and
this new version already repairs several major bugs that shouldn't be
held back for that long.

There's just one minor difference between the last fragile release and
the "stable" version I posted today: I added a new menu item into the
Window menu to access the Preferences window (it remains in the File
menu). This is because it was reported that Preferences were not
available on some MacOS X computers, where it is supposed to appear in
the application menu (and MacOS guidelines indicate that Preferences
should not appear in the File menu), but a user reported that this was
not happening on some MacOS X installations.

I included the Portuguese translation in this release, and I revised
the Logisim home page to include the Portuguese translations of the
Web pages.
