This most recent fragile release repairs several minor bugs, none of
which affect translation. -Carl

Bug fix: Repaired issue that prevented using Java 6 to open non-UTF8
files saved from old versions of Logisim. (The current version always
saves files using UTF8 encoding.)

Bug fix: In saving customized circuit appearance in regions with a
comma decimal separator, the comma would be saved into the file but
not loaded properly. It now should always use a period for the decimal
period - but it should also recover in cases where a comma is used
instead.

Bug fix: After opening a dialog box for font or color and then
changing the selection, the value seen from the dialog box continues
to be shown in the attribute table, even if that is no longer the
value associated with the selection.

Bug fix: In the Memory library, changing the Maximum Value of a
Counter would not immediately be displayed in the attribute table.

Bug fix (3268655): Changing the Pull Value or Three-State? attributes
of a pin immediately affects the pin's behavior - if it had a floating
value before, it could now go to 0 or 1.

Bug fix: When a pin's Pull Behavior attribute is "Pull Up" or "Pull
Down" but its Three-State? attribute is "yes," poking it would allow
it to become a floating value, even though the floating value should
be pulled up or down.

Bug fix: With transistors and transmission gates in the Wiring
library, a wire drawn through an input/output to the next grid point
is silently repaired so the wire terminates at the input/output.

Bug fix (3289882): In the project toolbox, all open folders/libraries
are closed when a circuit is added or deleted in the project.

Bug fix (3272426): In editing circuit appearance and saving, it was
possible for the attribute table to reflect an empty circuit even
though something was selected.

Bug fix (3272426): With an element selected in a circuit's appearance
and then switching switching away from editing circuit appearance and
back, the attribute table would not reflect the correct values for the
selected element.

Bug fix (3279264): In editing a circuit's appearance, if you selected
a polygon or polyline and then cut it and paste it back into the same
place, attempts to move any of the polygon/polyline's vertices would
not work.

Behavioral change (3288224): For a circuit that uses a subcircuit,
clicking the subcircuit using the Edit tool only selects the
subcircuit if it lies within the subcircuit's appearance. Previously,
the click would select the subcircuit if you click anywhere inside its
bounding box.
