includes most of his suggested changes to the strings, and (c) repairs
the issue with Constants as identified by Ilia in his most recent

Carl, I've noticed that under Windows textbox within Expression tab of
Combinational Analysis module has very small, almost unreadable font.
Although, under my Debian it is OK; attached screenshots demonstrate
this. This screenshot from XP, but under Win7 it is the same. Is it
possible to fix (change) it?

Also, I have a little feature request for that textbox. It allows `~`,
`!`, and `NOT` prefix lexemes for NOT. But some other programs and
publications prefer to use postfix `'` (apostrophe) for NOT. It's
annoying sometimes to copy&paste expression from other source (for
example, Logic Friday - http://sontrak.com/ ) and to change
apostrophes to tildes manually. It would be great to have postfix
apostrophe supported in Logisim.
