This new fragile release includes the rather significant new feature
of providing a visual representation to the simulation hierarchy, with
the ability to click deep into the hierarchy. It also revamps how
splitters are drawn on a canvas. Comments on each are welcome - as
well as any reports of bugs found.

I anticipate that this represents the "feature-complete" version,
which will closely represent 2.7.0. Exceptions include a couple of
minor issues (unrelated to these most recent additions), and I have
yet to update the documentation to reflect the newest changes. I'm
hoping we can release 2.7.0 within a week - March 4, to be precise.

Feature: Added the option of switching the "explorer pane" between
viewing the "toolbox" (the project's circuits and libraries that has
appeared in the explorer pane in previous versions) and a simulation
hierarchy.

Feature: Splitters can be configured to show which bits correspond to
each end using the new Appearance attribute. It uses this new
appearance by default.

Bug fix: In moving a component whose output is connected to itself, it
is possible for an exception to cause the program to hang.

Design change: Removed option to disable the project toolbar.

(Design change: Added Thanos into the credits for the Greek
Translation and changed names of translators' universities to their
names in the native language.)

Very handy changes, Carl!
Since you've changed Splitter, I have one more suggestion about it,
which I require quite often. Sometimes it's necessary to change order
of bits for Splitter to the opposite order, for example [0(top), 1, 2,
3(bottom)] to [3(bottom), 2, 1, 0(top)]. It's annoying to do that
manually for huge bit width; any option to switch order automatically
would be great. For example, it could be drop-down list "Bits order"
with items "Straight", "Inverse" and "Custom". Change current item to
"Straight"or "Inverse" arranges bits correspondingly, and manual
change "Bit n" attribute changes "Bits order" to "Custom".

Little GUI bug: when button "Set As Expression" on "Minimized" tab of
Combinational Analysis window is enabled (expression in "Expression"
tab doesn't match minimized expression), sometimes (randomly) pressing
this button doesn't turn this button to disabled ("gray") state,
although expression changes correctly.

So, Carl, do you think it's time to remake screen shots? If so, we
need the last fragile release with the recent few GUI strings
translated for screen shots (at least me and Thanos).

I know it's all about human conservatism, but I feel sad a bit about
default Splitter appearance change. I really loved old one. I know
labels with ends numbers are incredibly handy, but I think old
appearance was more intuitive for understanding what splitter does.
I'm not going to be obstacle for progress of course, but I want to
ask: are you sure about this change, Carl? Aren't you afraid of
old-timers' screams? (It's some kind of semi-serious joke).

Ouch, very major bug! (in 2.6.3.204)

To reproduce:
1) Place one or more components of the same type;
2) Select it/them and at least one wire segment to one selection;
3) Attribute pane will let change attributes for the component(s), but
all the drop-down lists will behave completely buggy when you would
try to change an attribute. Change by keyboard shortcuts is completely
OK.

I think there are some bugs yet. I can't promise but I'll try to
search them next few days before release.

Ilia.
