Could you somehow make installation use http registries intead of https ones?
I used "--registry=http://registry.npmjs.org" option, but still one package still gets downloaded from "https://github.com/indexzero/read/tarball/refactor-optional-streams" and it breaks my installation with "npm ERR! fetch failed".
Or is there a way to fix it? I can download tarball manually from http address...
