Does Log.io install on Windows?

Hello,

Apologies if this has been asked already.  I'd like to test this by only using it on Windows only (no linux machine is available where I want to use this).  Is it possible to install this on Windows 7 or Windows Server 2008?  Do I need to use WAMP or XAMPP to make log.io work on Windows?
