HI, I’m going through Ton’s wonderful Logic Magician tutorials, but a bit more systematically this time, and making notes. Apparently control option command shift and A should select all tracks. I think it indeed does, but apparently it’s meant to announce the selection. However, it just announces track 1 for me. If I press backspace, it will delete all the content on all tracks, so it’s presumably making the selection, but just not announcing. Similarly, apparently control option space should announce which tracks and regions are selected, but it does absolutely nothing when I press it. I have VoiceOver set to just the caps lock, so it’s not that.
Does this work for other people? My keyboard is a UK keyboard, in case that makes any difference.
Sorry all, I think there’s just something weird about the particular project I was in, because I’ve opened a different one and the selections are announced. For some reason when I load this particular project it always takes me into the event list, and it will periodically take me back in there, even if I close it on start up and continue to close it whenever it pops up. But it’s just seemingly that one project. So I’m assuming that is blocking the view. Any ideas on why that events list keeps rearing its head. Thanks for your tolerance and patients.
