Logic Magician toggle not working after restart unless Keyboard Maestro is reopened

Hi all,
I’ve successfully installed Logic Magician along with Keyboard Maestro, and everything works fine once I’m up and running. However, after a system restart, the Logic Magician toggle (Control + Escape) doesn’t turn on/off when I open Logic Pro. To get it working, I have to manually open Keyboard Maestro from the Applications folder, then close Keyboard Maestro. After doing that, Logic Magician starts working again. I’m currently using the Keyboard Maestro trial and haven’t purchased a license yet.
Could you please advise how to set things up so that I don’t need to manually reopen Keyboard Maestro after every restart, and so that Control + Escape toggles Logic Magician as soon as I start Logic Pro?
Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
