Guys thanks for the help.
That was the problem. There was a dialog there explaining things to me but voice over was not able to access it.
The reason I am writing this is also to point out that if you have change to controls view in logic instead of the default editor view in complete control, this dialog does not appear on the screen, at least as far as VOCR is concerned.
I had to change the view to the editor to find it and then use VOCR to access the dialog and press next a couple of time and then get started.
