Could a feature or setting be added to Logic Magician to silence VoiceOver speech when moving in the timeline with comma, period, or other time navigation commands while audio is playing, similar to how VoiceOver doesn’t announce the volume level if it’s playing? I’m not suggesting this should be the default behavior, but if we could configure it, that would be great. VoiceOver sometimes becomes unresponsive when I mute the speech for an unknown reason, which is why I don’t always want to take that risk.

Hello again,
Turns out the feature I thought would be very cool to have isn’t there. We can configure how VoiceOver should respond when we start or stop playing or recording, but there’s no setting to configure VoiceOver to announce the playhead position when scrubbing. I’d like VoiceOver to tell me the playhead location as I scrub if nothing’s playing, and if the audio is playing, when I move the playhead, I’d like VoiceOver not to provide feedback at all.
