Lesson on Friday. How, where instructions?

Hi. I signed up for the 3 hour package. I have a scheduled lesson on Friday. I have not heard anything about how the lesson is held (zoom, discord, phone, etc. Might I get some info?
Also, I asked for a list of stuff I should review before the first lesson. I am farily new to Mac, VO, and Logic. I am coming from Windows, NVDA and Sonar. 
I am hoping this will be part MAC/VO orientation and efficiency and then move into Logic.
Please let me know. (I prefer email...)

I can't even get through thee Discord "Are you a human challenge" on Mac. I am using Discord on Windows. It never asks me to confirm my identity.
So maybe that is a good place to start.

If you’re signed up on your phone, you can log-in on discord on your mac via using the qr code option on your discord app on iphone.
