Changing tempo for only a region

Hi guys. A client wanted a backtrack. 

I made it, and then she discovered that she couldn't quite reach all the notes. So I had to change the pitch. 

Can't remember now how I did it, but that worked out fine. 

Now she wants the chorus part a bit slower. How do I do that?
