why sometimes right arrow is working and the left is not?

Hey all:

while moving between regions, sometimes i can go forward but not backward at all, why is this?

I terned off the quick nav while using logic pro at all,

so, is it a LM bug? or VOice over bug? or my bug, or what?

and is there a solution?
