Problem opening Logic Magician installation app

Hi. I just downloaded Logic Magician. It doesn't want to open at all. 
Nothing in system settings under privacy and security either. 
Help?

When you said you just downloaded it, was it within hours of sending this email, or was it a day or so ago. Just asking to trouble shoot. 
Delete the copy you have downloaded and Try grabbing it again from the link and let me know if it works.

Thanks. I noticed that Safari automatically unzips the folder. That was the problem. Don't ask me why. 
I just disabled that setting in the Safari settings, and unzipped it myself, and it worked.

Never thought of that, but I’ve got the same setting.  I.E. unzip after download.  Don’t know, if you want to add that to the trouble-shooting knowledge base…thought I mention it.

Ideally I’d like to have it working without the end user having to disable that safari setting. It can be a convenient setting for someone new or non technical. Hopefully the issues is resolved now and the auto unzipping won’t be an issue going forward.

Hi Steve,

So what's the solution?  I'm there myself right now.  Hwrw'a rthw PPLW MWAAfw I received ed when trying to open lm app.

"application alert system dialog lpx activity “LogicMagician Installer” Not Opened Apple could not verify “LogicMagician Installer” is free of malware that may harm your Mac or compromise your privacy. Help button"

That’s the error message you are supposed to get as the app is unsigned. The documentation or the tutorials on YT explains how to allow it in system settings > Privacy and security.  Essentially when you go into system settings privacy and security towards the bottom of that dialog should be the warning about Logic Magician and  an open anyway option.  This warning may time out after an hour or so so if you go into system settings and don’t  see  the Logic Magician  warning, just run the installer again. Then go find it in system settings.

Thanks.  Successfully installed.  

Incidentally, you might want to update the blind logic pro instructions for lm installation.  The first time I looked for any reference to lm in security, it wasn't there, which is odd since I could swear it was less than an hour after I tried to open the app.

Thank you very much. I am listening through the documentation videos on Youtube. This really is an amazing tool! 
As a beginner to Logic, I didn't mind interacting with stuff to change certain sliders and stuff, but this is simular to Osara for Reaper, which I have been using for a number of years now. 
So cool, especially the fact that you can mix a song without Voiceover, chipping in all the time while you change volume, pan etc.
