Application is not compatible with Android 4.1, because of
security "enhancement" in Jelly Bean.
Prmission android.permission.READ_LOGS is not granted to 3rd party
applications.

To fix this you need to call on android device terminal:
pm grant sk.madzik.android.logcatudp android.permission.READ_LOGS

Yes it isn't problem on rooted device.
I can make new version that automatically grant this permission if needed.

I would like to add, that after adding the Rights to the App, a restart was
necessary to apply the changes.
