Westminster from Waterloo to Simmons will be closed to through traffic only from 8 to 3 while 4 tinhorns are placed across the road.
Atlas will start work on Thursday on Waterloo at Coltrane for 240ft west and 240ft east milling both lanes and paving one, then pave the other lane Friday.
